You are invited to Awana!

Wednesday nights meeting at 6:30.

AWANA clubs meet from September through May.  Children ages 3 years old through 6th grade are invited to join this exciting program.  Children enjoy story and game times while learning truths from God's Word at club and at home.

While Awana meets, parents are invited to the mid-week service in Room 41 on the east hallway for a time of Bible study and discussion, singing and prayer.

What is AWANA?

Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ.  Awana programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids in the church and community.  Each week, more than two million kids ages 2 to 18 participate in Awana.  This includes more than 1.1 million in 102 countries outside of the U.S., the most children that Awana has ever reached internationally.

This exciting ministry simply states its mission and purpose in the following statement: That all children and youth throughout the world will come to know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. With powerful Scripture memory, interactive Council Time, and unique Game Time, AWANA encourages children and families alike to deepen their relationships with God through God’s Word.

AWANA’s unique ministry provides the following:

  • Clear, consistent presentation of the gospel.

  • Bible memory – our cornerstone.

  • Circle games exclusive to AWANA.

  • A fun approach to learning God’s Word.

  • Leadership training that is second to none.

  • The church leaders of tomorrow trained to serve today

  • Evangelistic focus designed to reach unchurched youth and their families throughout the world.
